We are going back to scheduled workouts on Thursdays, so today will be the last open gym day. We will have programmed workouts on Monday thru Saturday. My recommendation is that you only workout 5 times a week, with a priority to M, W F if you can only make it 3x per week. Pick a Tues, Thurs or Saturday as a rest day in addition to Sunday. Be sure to pay attention to the online schedule for Thursday class times.
