I am calling this one Shepperd Pie

1 lb of Grass Fed Beef

1 can of Pureed Butternut Squash

I used onions, garlic and jalepenos but use which ever vegetables you would like.

I ground the beef, added the vegetables and then mixed in the can of squash. THe key to flavor with this pie is keeping more of the grease than you typically would. If you are using Grass-Fed, then this is fine. If you are not, then get rid of as much of the fat as possible. (Any toxins that the cow came in contact with during it's life is stored in the fat. Therefore, getting rid of a lot of this grease prevents you from taking those in.) If you have left overs from the holiday feel free to get creative in this dish. For example, green bean casserole, sweet potatos, carrots. Try using the extra ham as the meat in here. For our family we had leftover Ribeye that would have been great here.

Enjoy! Post to comment your creative ideas.
