For some, today is a rest day (three days on, one day off) but that does not mean you should head straight to the couch and veg out. A significant reason why we do CrossFit is so that we can be better at the activities we enjoy doing. What does this mean? On a day like today dust the bike off, break out the rollerblades, head to the beach with the surfboard, take the drive into the mountains with the hiking boots or skis, take your kids to the park and play with them, get together with the "old gang" for a softball game, or just spend times on your flexibilty or gymnastics. 

The options are endless. This is living life well.
