With a Partner complete: 5 rounds for time of: 10 Front Squats 225/155 (both work on this until reps are complete before moving to rope climbs, split up however you want, one person doing reps at a time) 10 Rope Climbs (same rule, both work on this until reps are complete before moving onto the run, split up however you want, one person doing reps at a time) both partners move onto the run at the same time, both carry 45/35 lbs, but a faster partner may get back from the run and start the next round before partner arrives. Finish time is when both partners finish the last run of the last round.
Competition: 165/105, 40 strict ground to stands, running weight is 35/25.
Performance: 95/65, 40 ground to stands, run with 25/15.
Fitness 65/45, 20 ground to stands, run with 15/10.
