12 Days of Crossfit and Holiday Party is Dec 21st!


On the Seventh Day of CrossFit The Forest gave to me:
7 Kettlebell Swings 2 Pood/1.5 pood, 6 Pull-ups, 5 Burpees, 4 Thrusters 95/65 lbs, 3 Deadlifts 95/65 lbs, 2 Power Cleans 95/65 lbs, and 1 Power Snatch 95 lbs


Level 2: Helen
3 rounds for time of: Run, 400 m 21 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood 12 Pull-ups
Level 1:
Press 5-5-5
Push Press 5-5-5



For folks that have card tables/folding tables and chairs at home and would be willing to bring them to the gym this week for our holiday party, we sure would appreciate it! Just make sure you have marked them with your name on a piece of tape (Pete has some if you don't have masking tape at home) and put them in the kitchen area.
