50 Push Press, 45/35 lbs
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
Level 1:
Front Squat 5-5-5

Fit athletes should be able to pump out a set of 50 reps for these basic moves. Something to consider to improve your time on this ladder is do a set of one of these after a class, so it is no big deal next time this WOD comes aroud.
